Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original box with all tags attached and include the packing slip inside.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
